LOCATION: NW CALGARY

Tar and gravel leaking at joint to sloped cedar shake roofing, repaired with carpentry and torch on membrane.

Leakage and deterioration between the cedar shake roof and the nearby wall of windows required the construction of a wooden sloped rafter system to channel the water from the north side to the sunny south side to the drain. Then we applied a 2-ply torch on the membrane to waterproof the new plywood structure and adjoining cedar shake roof and wall of windows.

Low pitched metal roof, leaking around the HVAC penetrations exhaust and furnace stacks & plumbing & mechanical units, applied Sika liquid applied membrane to seal the penetrations up to the low pitch Commercial metal roofing.

LOCATION: CALGARY

Sika Liquid Applied Roofing eliminated leakage at the overlapping sloped roof pipe flanges.
